Appointments are encouraged, however, we do accept walk-ins.

Management is available in person and by phone, email, or via the resident portal Monday-Saturday.

Applications are typically processed within 48 hours.

Up-front costs for move in include: prorated rent, $26 utility set up fee, any additional fees due: pet rent, pet deposit, additional security deposit, garage, storage or washer and dryer fees . 

Some advice to first-time renters would be that unless you are on the top floor you will hear some noise.

Rent can be paid online via debit, credit, ACH and auto pay can be set up. 

You can pay rent online by logging into the resident portal.

Monthly fees include a $6 service fee and $5 trash fee.

Residents are required to purchase $100,000 worth of renter's insurance coverage.

No utilities are included in rent. Utilities are billed by individual usage.

You can set up your utilies easily, all you need is to set up a Georgia Power Account.

Providers for Interenet and Cable are Comcast, Direct Path, AT&T Fiber, Google Fiber.

Overnight guests need a guest pass to park on property. Guest passes can be issued for up to one week and may not be issued for consecutive weeks. 

No, we do not offer discounts on rent for longer leases or prepayment.

No, we do not allow subletting.

If you break your lease, there is an early term fee, remaining prorated rent, and any utility balance.

Yes, parking is available.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Yes, we do offer short term leases.

No, we do not offer corporate leases.

Pet Policy

Yes, our community is pet friendly.

We are pet friendly with a $400 deposit per pet ($125 refundable) and $20 a month per pet fee.

Our pet policy includes no viscious breeds and under 100 lbs.

Yes, we have a pet park onsite.


Some of our community amenities include: tennis court, fitness center, swimming pool, fire pit, grills, car care center, dog park, playground, and Vinings Room.

The pool and deck is available between 10 AM and 10 PM.

Yes, we include washer and dryer hookups in the laundry room off of the kitchen.

Standard applicances are a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

The fitness room is open 24 hrs a day.

The fitness room has treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and weights.

Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM and there are no fees for communal spaces.


The nearest cross street is South Cobb Drive.

No, there is no public transportation stop at our community.

We are by Country Inn & Suites, Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's, and West Village.

Our commuinity is in the Cobb County School District.

We have a dog park onsite near our playground.

Yes, there are bike trails nearby at Silver Comet.

Many of our residents shop at Publix, Kroger, Sprouts, Cumberland Mall, and West Village.

Starbucks is only 5 minutes or less from our community.


Before you move in we paint, clean and replace any flooring or surfaces that need to be replaced. 

Yes, we have on site maintenance.

If you have a maintenance issue, please enter a service request online or call the leasing office.

Maintenance requests are handled by urgency and in the order they are received.

No, you do not have to be present for the service technician to resolve your request.

If you get locked out during business hours, stop by the leasing office for your key. If after hours, you will need to call a lock smith.

Yes, you can decorate your apartment however please note there are fees for holes larger than a quarter and extra paint costs if wall color is changed.
